The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a large courtyard and lift and has two well-furnished bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, both by awnings and mosquito nets, and one of which is enhanced by the sea view. In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)
