Holiday rentals with a patio in Caribbean

Great location and close to all the tourist sites. Next door is a bar and restaurant. The Airbnb was quiet, private and very beautiful. Juan is a great host and very communicative.

Exceeded my expectations, the kitchen was well equipped, comfortable bedroom with AC, and lots of space. All the hosts were very responsive and polite and the recommendations and map inside the place were a bonus. I’d recommend renting the electric blue golf cart for easy access around the island. Would definitely book again if had the chance.

We had a great stay! The balcony was our favorite part and the place got lots of sunlight. It is outside the walled city but still very close to everything, during the day we walked to places and at we would uber to avoid walking along the highway. Verónica was also very responsive and recommended the spot Cafe Morena which we loved!

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The location of the apartment was a big plus for me - close to good restaurants, the beach and a small supermarket. The apartment is tastefully decorated. I loved having breakfast on the small terrace. But always watch out for the mosquitoes! Communication with Javier was perfect. I received an answer to my questions within a very short time. I really appreciated the recommendations of restaurants in Javier's guidebook. I recommend all travelers to rent this apartment, directly on the basin. Thank you Javier for having me as your guest.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The space was clean, cozy, and truly an oasis. As a young female solo traveler, I really appreciated how safe and private this airbnb felt. The location is quiet and peaceful, but it is about 10 minutes minutes to Eagle Beach and 15 from Tres Trapi, so having a rental car is definitely helpful for getting around. I didn’t mind it, as I got to see more of the island and I don’t mind being away from the hustle and bustle. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby each night. The water pressure was very powerful, and the shower can get really hot if that’s what you like. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time, walking distance to Jobos beach, plenty of things to do and places to eat. We had beach equipment available to borrow which made it convenient. Everything was on point.

Daiana’s home was wonderful. We only spent 24 hours in Monteverde and we are so glad we chose this house. Our host was accommodating with a late check out, always responsive, the house is well appointed and it was such a beautiful place. Loved our time here! Phenomenal view!

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Waking up right on the water with a breathtaking view every morning felt like a dream. Adonis was a great host, his place is beautiful, everything about made us comfortable, the hot tub was amazing I really needed to use it for my pains, behind his house is a pond with Iguanas roaming freely, it was super cool to watch, also I think catfish hunter lives in the pond😂😂 something very big rolled over I could see it, and it wasn't an alligator it was definitely a fish. Adonis's place is a must stay. Thanks again Adonis ❤️

this was a great experience for our family. the location is great as it's right on the beach and just 40 minutes from San Juan. having now driven around the area a lot I do enjoy vega Baja where the house is more than surrounding areas. great local beach is close as well. the house is clean and comfortable. great kitchen for cooking. good Internet I worked a couple days. and amazing AC if you need it. just like the pictures show

This was our second stay, and it was just as great as we remembered. The place is spotless—super clean and clearly well cared for. Kelvin and Stephanie are fantastic hosts: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We also noticed and appreciated the small upgrades since our last visit. It’s a perfect spot for a couple looking for a quiet, private getaway. The pool was great for a morning workout and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We're already hoping to make it back next year!

Mahassa home was exactly what we wanted as exactly as she stated!!! When they greeted us immediately it felt like we were staying g with family. Even throughout our stay she answered questions we had even helped me when I thought I left something back at house. She made it a priority for her. I would 150% stay here again the next time we travel back to one happy place! Worth every dollar! Can’t say enough nice things about this host and her home.

This was quite literally the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was absolutely pristine, very well decorated, smelled amazing, and had every possible amenity you could need. I was very impressed with the set up and how luxurious the is place felt, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and high quality towels for bath and pool. Will definitely only stay in Andre’s places in Cartagena if they hold this top of the line standard. Also if you need to wash/dry clothes this place has brand new washer/dryer which is rare for Colombia.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful views of the city especially at night. Not having AC wasn't even a problem there are plenty of fans and windows with a cool breeze coming in from being up to high.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Loved everything about this air bnb. This has definitely been my favorite out of all air bnb’s I’ve stayed in over the years. And the pool with the heated water makes you want to stay in all day. Just like the photos! Loved everything about this place. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in town!
