Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Carling

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

Michelle's place was wonderfully decorated and homely. It was well equipped and close groceries and some food options too! It was pristine and well maintained while retaining the vibe of an old cottage in a sweet little town. Michelle was responsive and we were welcome with some amazing artisan cookies too. The only thing we struggled with a little bit were the keys and entering, but it was manageable as well. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

The house was very clean, bright and cozy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Short distance to all the stores and restaurants, as well as two Provincial Parks. Would highly recommend this place to those visiting/exploring Huntsville.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

Absolutely stunning views in a nice, quiet, family oriented cottage location. Derek and Sandra were very nice, super friendly, and were so quick to respond to msgs when needed. The cottage was stocked with all basic essentials and was so clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

Steve and Jacqui’s house is a gem. The house is exceptional. Photos - although good - do not do justice to the place. The house itself is in outstanding shape. It has absolutely anything you need. The backyard is the very entrance to a great forest. The hosts left a ton of gifts for us, which I find to be really, really welcoming. Would come back to the area even if it’s just to spend a few extra days in this great house. Thanks a ton, Steve and Jacqui!

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in After almost three years of Airbnbs around the world, this one in Canada tops them all. We stayed in both the Lookout (the little house) and the Pine Lodge (above the store)—and didn’t want to leave. The Lookout felt like a cozy sanctuary: garden, sauna, spotless, fully equipped. The Pine Lodge had a steam room (huge bonus!), comfy couches, a big dining table, and a fire always going. But what made it truly special were Krystal and Madison—the kindest, most caring hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like arriving at friends’, not strangers’. During a freak ice storm, they moved us to a backup-powered house and even brought us food. Just wow. Local tips: • Cawaja Store: best coffee, insane ice cream, and local broths, pies, soups. • Mums Restaurant: old-school diner, fresh, cooked-to-order food. • The Friendly Corner: lovely for sunny outdoor meals.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay at Lynn’s. She kindly let us used some snowshoes which was a must to explore the snowy nearby trails. The sauna and jaccuzi were really appreciated to warm up after a day in the cold! Would like to come back in the summer or fall as it must be stunning as well!

We fell in love with this place the first time we visited four years ago. This time, we felt it was even better than we remembered. It is obvious that Taurean pays attention to detail and thinks of every angle to ensure his guests feel like they have found exactly what they were looking for—whether it's a home away from home, a relaxing vacation, or a work getaway. We absolutely loved staying at Jessica’s place, it felt like we were cocooning in a treehouse. The location was so close to beautiful Georgian Bay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we enjoyed the interior fireplace and exterior fire pit. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

What a great space..We really enjoyed our time here after a visit to Vetta. The place was private, spotless, comfortable and well appointed.. Germaine and Ian were easy to communicate with, proactive and answered promptly. I would come here again for sure.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Gerard’s place! It was just as described from the pics and Gerard provided very clear instructions which made checking in seamless. The place was very clean, spacious, and right on the water! There was also a ton of things to do including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, board games, a gym with weights as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely come back again in the future!

wonderful place... the wood fired hot tub is incredibly special and Jeff was on hand for anything we needed... highly recommend!

Jason had a beautiful home that we were grateful to spend our Christmas holidays at. When there was an issue with electronics that we needed help with, not only did he respond rapidly but also came in person to help rectify the issue. A beautiful home and a wonderful host. :)

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

This place is awesome for a break from the hustle and bustle! Close to town but when you’re there it feels like you’ve stepped back in time. Chad was responsive and very helpful when we had a technical issue that became easy to resolve. I’d recommend to anyone on the fence, this is it!

we loved our stay at the Pine Cabin! it was a beautiful location and remote, even on a rainy weekend the wood stove and scenery make for a beautiful experience. We will be back!

I had an amazing experience with Michelle! She accommodated a few date changes due to other personal commitments without hesitation. She was very responsive and checked in with me to ensure we were doing well. My family and I really enjoyed the cozy cabin - absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and had literally everything! We LOVE that it was pet friendly, my fur babies absolutely enjoyed it and loved the outdoors. Would definitely book again.

Our stay at Otter Lake was relaxing and enjoyable. Photos don't do this cottage justice, it was extremely spacious for us (4 adults and 1 pet). We spent most of our time swimming in the lake, bbqing, sitting on the dock or around the fire pit. The lake is soooo peaceful and when we arrived we were greeted by a loon 🥹. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you for your hospitality, Taylor!

Eric’s place was perfect - we were in town for a triathlon and the place was in a great location just a few minutes drive outside of Gravenhurst. The common are was light, bright and spacious. Everything was set up perfectly including 2 TVs. Eric was responsive when we needed help or recommendations and the place was clean and homely. Would definitely stay here again.
