Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Quiet studio near city centre. Check in 2pm!

Comfortable and welcoming self-contained studio flat, situated in The Park, a quiet Victorian private estate very close to the city centre with excellent transport links. This modern property is very well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. It's within walking distance of Nottingham Trent University main campus, The Playhouse, Theatre Royal and the famous Nottingham Castle.

Estate House Cottage

Stay in the beautiful setting of Holme Pierrepont, a semi- rural location yet only ten minutes drive from the centre of Nottingham and next door to The National Water Sports Centre. The Cottage was originally the Estate office to the Tudor, Holme Pierrepont Hall, still a family home to descendants of the Pierrepont's.
