Holiday rentals with a patio in Carnforth

Lorraine’s place was the perfect place for a couples getaway to Bowness. The place was spotless and provided everything we needed for a cosy and convenient stay. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and the bathroom felt spa like which was a lovely treat after a day out exploring the lakes. It was also minutes away from lovely pubs and bars which we enjoyed throughout our trip. We would 100% stay here again! Thanks Lorraine!

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

We had a lovely few days and the apartment was lovely and thank you for the welcome pack as well. Deffo come back.Could do a mirror in the bedroom and the mattress was al little uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here and Michelle is a fantastic host. She is quick to respond, friendly and very flexible. The place had everything you needed including a lovely shower, comfortable beds and a secluded outdoor space filled with trees and birdsong! Just around the corner you can access the canal for wonderful walks. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place and will definitely be returning!

We only stayed at Lynne’s for one night on a road trip, but it was a wonderful spot to stop and recharge. The space is lovely and Lynne made us feel very welcome!

Its a great place to stay on the edge of Heysham. Spotlessly clean with not a speck of dust to see or find ! The fridge had small juice cartons with molk and cream portions ready for the provided tea and coffee with biscuits too. Lovely outlook- you can see the sea from the window ! Just a short walk down the quiet toad and youre onto the beach - 4 miles to Morecambe one way and the ruin of St Patricks church the other way, continuing into the harbour. We didn’t get that far as only stayed one night. But the Glebe garden next to St Peters church is free and well worth a visit. We loved our one night stay as we journeyed onto the I.O.M ferry. The late check out is perfect to coincide with the ferry departure. We took our own food, but theres a Tesco Express and Co-op food close by. Excellent place. Highly recommended

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. My family and I had a pleasant stay at Naima’s apartment. The location of the apartment was great, within walking distance to restaurants/pubs and shops; and a short drive to the Lake District. My daughter also enjoyed playing in the playground which was located close by and we also went up to the Hoad monument a couple of times during our stay. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. We had some issues with the lack of hot water upon our arrival due to the fact that the hot water had been turned off by the previous guests however, Naima was very responsive when we had informed them of this issue. In terms of the bedrooms, we found the beds to be clean and comfy.

It is a beautiful house tucked around the corner from the main street. clear instructions left in the lounge of the house and local places to eat, walk etc. facilities were great and clean. couple of minutes to walk to the local shops, pubs etc and parking off the main road was a great feature. would happily stay again and recommend - does have a few creaky floor boards but adds to the houses character.

This was a fantastic little find, we booked a last minute family one night away. Cottage is beautiful and cosy and a home from home. You need for nothing here and the extra little touches of a welcome pack are very welcomed. Great place to visit. x

Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

We have stayed here twice now and it has been perfect both times, when we encountered an issue with booking we messaged and got a helpful answer first thing in the morning which was amazing as we booked same day. I would recommend this house for any one needing a place on a quick turnaround and pet friendly. Great location for access to the city, very walkable. Thank you.

We have had a lovely stay at the boathouse which was just amazing! The boat house its self is beautiful, clean and comfortable with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It is very well equipt, plenty of towels, blankets and even robes. We loved the hot tub with views over the lake. The location of the boathouse was just perfect for us and the views were stunning! We took our own paddle boards and was so happy to be able to launch straight from the jetty to explore the lake. My daughter also loved feeding the ducks from the jetty. We have had a busy few days on local bike trails, hikes, paddle boarding, boating and having some lovely meals out in beautiful Bowness, but always looked forward to returning to the boathouse! We will definitely be returning! Thank you

We had a fantastic two nights stay at this place and the host Alison was easy to contact and happy to help with instructions for check in and even had the place ready a little earlier for us to check in as this was made possible on the day of arrival. Overall a fantastic stay and the location was perfect for all the local bars and restaurants in the area being only a short five minute walk from Bowness beach waterfront.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Sarah’s property. She was responsive, polite and very easy to deal with. The property is beautifully decorated, everything was very comfortable and check in was very easy. As described in the information from Sarah, parking is tight, but it’s incredibly useful having a designated parking space rather than having to find on street parking or public car parks. We plan on returning to Lytham on a number of occasions and Sarah’s property will be the first place we check the availability of.

We went for a short break and it was lovely! The house was perfect for chilling out after a long day. Kitchen had a lot of things we needed and plenty of things to do even in the home! Perfect location, both towns either side of us with lots of options to eat and all within walking distance too. We were so glad we were able to stay here and hoping to be back soon! A lovely modern apartment - it was clean and tidy with essentials (e.g hand soap, dishcloths, towels etc) as described. Beautiful view outside the living room/bedroom, perfect for sitting outside even if its raining since the table/chairs are sheltered. Fast wifi which was great. Communication with the host was great. The closest cafe is lovely too however if travelling without a car other restaurants are quite a walk or bus ride away (10-15 min drive). Lots of long walks nearby - we walked to ambleside via the hills and it was beautiful. One thing to note is the site is quite hilly but it's to be expected in the lakes. Would recommend 👍

Blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, comfortable & unique this place is. Absolutely loved our stay- visited for Cartmel races and close by taxi to the centre of Cartmel. Comfy for 6 adults, loved the peaceful pretty grounds for a morning coffee and the fire in the living room for a relaxing evening. Couldn’t have wished for more! We will be back!!!!! This is such a lovely place, it felt like home from home, had everything we needed, clean and comfy. Such a beautiful area, lovely walks from the house, and Grasmere is lovely too. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.

This was our first Air BnB stay! And what a great firat experiance for us 😃 Perfect location walking distance to everything we needed. The place was spotless. Comfy beds, great shower, it had everything we needed. Great little apartment and the kids had a great time.
