Holiday rentals with a patio in Carnon Downs

We came with our very young puppy, everything that was needed was in the flat for after a long journey. It was larger than expected. Perfect location for our planned weekend. It felt like home. Thankyou very much Rebecca we will definitely book again.

Immaculately presented apartment with a very proactive host. Great location for exploring the surrounding area of Falmouth. Note, the driveway is quite narrow and tricky to navigate when the courtyard is full of other cars. Also note that the apartment is on a steep main road. We stayed with our daughter who is 4 months and this was tricky at busy traffic times with a pram. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay at would recommend this as a central place for exploring the region! Ali was a great host who provided us with every possible detail we would need for our stay!

We stay in a lot of properties, and this one is definitely up there with the very best! The apartment is absolutely 5* plus, with every detail carefully thought about. It’s immaculately clean and furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard — everything you could possibly need and more. The views from the balcony are simply stunning, and it’s a lovely, easy 15-minute walk into the centre of town along just one road. A couple of very minor points (and these honestly don't detract from how amazing the place is): the parking space and access drive are quite tight and really best suited for smaller cars, so you might find it easier to park on the road. The WiFi was a little unstable at times — but with good 5G coverage in the area, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Also, the only thing missing from the otherwise brilliantly equipped kitchen was a microwave. Overall, a remarkable place to stay — we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

We stayed at Zoe's place for three nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The instructions on how to get to the apartment, car parking and gaining entry were first class and check in went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Falmouth is a great town with lots of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. It's also a good base to travel to other areas of Cornwall. Zoe was a great host and on the odd occasion we had to communicate she was very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

The Eyrie is a lovely apartment on two floors, 2 bedrooms below and a kitchen/dining/living room plus roof terrace above. It was perfect for two couples for a long weekend in Falmouth. It has a wonderful light and airy feel, with great views from the living room and the terrace looking down over the town, the harbour and out to sea. The flat was very well appointed and was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms immaculate. There are quite a lot of stairs to be climbed, so not really suitable for the less mobile.

Highly recommend staying here. Great location within easy walk of centre of Truro and also has parking. The house is very comfortable with great bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has lovely view of the cathedral and kitchen has everything you need. Annabel and Vivienne were lovely, super helpful in answering any questions we had and left lots of lovely little touches to make us feel welcome. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely stunning home that was relaxing and the shower to die for let alone the huge bath. Very peaceful place and felt immediately relaxed. Was welcomed with a beautiful farm basket of goodies and a voucher for the wonderful StarGazy cafe a stones throw away. Could not have been happier. Thoroughly recommend

We had a perfect stay at the Little Barn. The photos just don’t do the accommodation justice! Everything was perfect. The views, the comfiest bed, beautiful bath, the outdoor space - it was all lovely. Jon & Vic were great hosts and super helpful. We managed to see a lot of Cornwall in our four days and found the barn was well located for trips to Padstow, Mawgan Porth, Carbis Bay & St Ives, Port Isaac and Fowey. The recommendations book in the Barn gave us lots of ideas for restaurants, pubs and bakeries. Thank you for a lovely stay - we would love to return!

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

We had a really wonderful stay in Polvenna beachhouse. The house is clean, spacious and light, with a cosy, beachy interior. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all loved the amazing view and the sound of the waves when lying in bed at night. It was really magical. Porthtowan has a great beach. We loved the rockpool and rented surfboards. The village store is a short walk down and sells fresh bread. Nearby St. Agnes is lovely and has some great restaurants. This is a good place to visit the rest of Cornwall from. Don’t hesitate to book!

A fantastic few days in such a peaceful and beautiful setting. The lodge is great and has everything you need and more. Its location is great to benefit from the quiet surroundings to be able to fully switch off but also is a short drive from some delicious food spots, beautiful beaches and great rural walks. Absolutely loved our time here and we hope to return in the future.

Bei eingeschränkter Mobilität ist folgendes zu beachten: 1. Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten zum belebten Zetrum an einem steilen Hang, der Rückweg ist zu Fuß deshalb etwas beschwerlich! 2. ebenso der Transport der Koffer vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung erfolgt über eine steile Treppe! Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Komfort der Wohnung sehr genossen!! Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen!

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

Great location overlooking the sea and St Michael's Mount but minutes walk From the station, restaurant and bars. Penzance has lots to offer and we easily got about by train or walking.

We had a great stay at The Hideaway. The location was perfect - turn left and you’re a ten minute walk from Gylly beach, turn right and walk to the end of the road and you’re on the high street! We didn’t need to use the car at all as everywhere was so walkable. Barbara was a great host. The listing is exactly as it is described and she responded really quickly to my messages. She’s also thought of everything we could need. There’s hand soap, tea / coffee, hair dryer etc but she’s also left ponchos for the rain, different weight duvets and some cold water in the fridge! The cottage itself has low ceilings but that was fine for us. It’s clean and tidy and there’s plenty of storage for your belongings and luggage. The only thing we had an issue with is the bed. Although it’s really comfy it squeaks every time you move even a little bit. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely book again in the future!

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Tolle Bus und Bahnverbindungen, sodass man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen kann!!
