Devoran is an ideal central location to explore Cornwall & it's huge amount of stunning beaches. NT Trelissick House & Gardens, Trebah, Eden Project. St Ives, St Micheals Mount. etc Please bring bath towels. Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement, no dogs in the main season.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Escape to the countryside and stay in Juniper, a charming yet simple oak-built shepherd’s hut. Inside, you’ll find a comfy bed, a two-ring hob, an integrated fridge, and a cozy wood burner. The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.

It's walking distance (10-15 min) to the centre of town, restaurants pubs and train/bus stations. Breakfast cereals, fresh milk, fresh/instant coffee, tea, snacks, Netflix and Apple TV provided. Ideal accommodation for business travellers and couples.

A newly renovated, cosy and stylish barn, situated in a woodland setting, alongside a small holding. The decor is modern, costal and industrial. There are traditional barn features such as exposed beams, wooden staircase and internal doors, and slate windowsills. Contrasting this, is the modern dressings and kitchen, with a luxurious bathroom and a tropical plant theme. One dog is welcome.
