Refurbished ground floor of villa to enjoy the southern sun. We are located in Carnoux en Provence, a small wooded town located 10-15 minutes from Cassis/La Ciotat and 20 minutes from Marseille. The accommodation is south-facing, measures ~70 m2, has an independent entrance and parking as well as a large private terrace. Ideal for 1 family of 4 wishing to discover our beautiful region! We do speak English :-) NB: the pool is shared with us and open from June to September.

Dating from 1929, this magnificent villa typical of the seaside resorts of the 20th century welcomes you as a family in the South of France, in one of the prettiest towns of Bouches-du-Rhône, La Ciotat. You will be a 2-minute walk from the beaches and a 20-minute walk from the city center. You will enjoy the large landscaped garden, have a coffee on the beautiful terrace and relax in the large swimming pool.

Louis's Cabin

You'll love this unique and romantic getaway in the heart of Provence. This pretty ancestral cabin, renovated to modern tastes, is nestled at the foot of the Sainte Baume chain, and just behind the bays of Bandol, St Cyr and the coves of Cassis. It has retained its traditional structure. For more than 5 generations this place was dedicated to family meals, to aperitifs. We added a heated pool in the spring. Book it for a cultural, nature, sports or relaxing stay.

Completely refurbished independent studio of 35 m², on the ground floor of the main house in a very quiet area overlooking the city of Carnoux. Equipped kitchen (oven, stove and fridge, Nespresso machine), shower room, air conditioning. Access to the property's pool and pétanque court, the studio offers unobstructed views of the hills. Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Cassis, many walks in the hills directly from the studio.

Enjoy direct access to the coves on foot, independent access with bright path, several sea view spaces at your disposal: seawater swimming pool, terrace with outdoor lounge, petanque court, solarium feet in the water, hammock, barbecue...
