Ideal accommodation for a traveler, comfortable for a good night's sleep as in a hotel room, Elisabetta's pleasant welcome as well! The surrounding streets are beautiful and pleasant, a small lively neighborhood with many bars and restaurants close by. The building is peaceful and the accommodation is courtyard-facing. The historic center is just around the corner. Impeccable bathroom and bedroom, neat linen. As stated in the listing, the room does not have a kitchen, but a small fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave that can help. Elisabetta lives in the building and responds to any need with kindness, while leaving the field open. I highly recommend it, especially for a business trip, and hope to be Elisabetta's guest in the near future!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We had a pleasant stay! The house was exactly as described: spacious, clean and very welcoming. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Barbara was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the warm June in Bologna. The only issue was construction noise in the bedroom in the morning. Hopefully, that is temporary.

Alberto was helpful and friendly in every way — met us in person, helped with bags, offered bikes to ride in the city, proactively offered early arrival and late departure, terrific local recommendations, etc. we would have been happy to have dinner with him. This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try
