Great stay, super cute place, everything as described.. Snacks and bottles of water were included which was a nice surprise. Very quiet. I highly recommend James studio.

I would give Raymond’s place a 6 star out of 5 as we had a spectacular stay at his place. The place was beautiful , immaculate, very tastefully decorated and close to great restaurants and beaches. He was very responsive and let us drop off our luggage prior ! The house was perfectly beach ready and our celebratory trip also became magical as my daughter got engaged during our day at the beach during our stay !

We just spent 2 days and we would love to have more days in there. all matches with the descriptions and more. Very clean, all you need to have everything in hand, highly recommended. Walking distance to the beach, we still remember beautiful sunsets, and walking distance to a street full of restaurantes, and Montecito is lovely.

Diana was an amazing host. She had great communication with me throughout the trip and was very resourceful too. Her place had a lovely view of the ocean and I really enjoyed waking up to that view. Quiet neighborhood and her home was within walking distance to some restaurants. Diana was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend booking with Diana if you’re looking to stay in or near summerland. Beautiful views and affordable.

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

Website was very accurate in all accounts. Host lives upstairs but never heard or saw them. Place was clean, very private and quiet. We needed a quiet retreat and this place didn’t disappoint. Also not far from places to go to in Montecito.

The place was just as described! You can’t beat the price and it had everything we needed. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and really close to other popular places. The place itself was on a busier street, but still felt private because of the gate. There was also a lot of food places near by. The private patio was amazing for hanging out— the freeway noise is something to note, but my friends and I didn’t mind it. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

I thought the place was super unique and cute. The under eave inside the bedrooms was great for my kids. to be in the room with me but have their own space to sleep.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Sandy and Joy’s place was fabulous! The home is comfy and centrally located to the downtown area and beaches. The rooftop deck was a great spot for our family to hangout and enjoy the sun and sunsets. Joy is very easy to work with and is very responsive to requests. We’ll stay here again on a future Santa Barbara trip.

Amazing stay! The apartment is located right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach — you can literally walk out and feel the sand under your feet. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

It’s a great spot! It’s a small but cozy. The gas fire pit in the front is clutch. Super close to the beach. So easy to pop down there and back. The garage full of beach supplies is awesome.

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
