Perfect stay close to the beach. The outside is very nice with places to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. the decoration is very pleasant. the accommodation is functional and well equipped. The exchanges with Sarah were perfect.

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

Luc's villa is very beautiful in a very quiet and panoramic area. The apartment is modern and rational with a beautiful kitchen, living room and the rooms are sufficiently spacious, not the very small bathrooms of the two rooms with single beds. Uncomfortable single toilets without a sink for Italians accustomed to the toilet in the bathroom and without bidets. Access to the apartment with 24 steps to go down not convenient for elderly people or mobility problems, another 20 steps to reach the beautiful pool with bathroom and shower service and full kitchen. We found this area not as clean as the pool that was basically left to our exclusive maintenance, we are owners of pools and therefore we have dealt with doing even more than necessary, but it does not seem fair and could generate disputes with the property. A disassembled and broken umbrella that cannot be used, so shade on the sun loungers only for three stations. There are no intimate wipes in the linen. Unsharpened kitchen knives. Parking is exclusively on the public street and therefore not protected. However, overall we had a very good time and the area is really nice with many possibilities of trips and beaches.

Great accommodation for sharing moments with family out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces rather on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station at the port, 8 minutes' walk away.

An exceptional stay, well beyond our expectations! The house is simply splendid: set on the water, with a breathtaking view, and full equipment that makes everyday life incredibly comfortable. You feel like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles was very attentive to us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, who was there, for his availability and kindness. A rare experience, which we can only recommend with our eyes closed

One of the most beautiful accommodations we have ever had. Fantastic garden, really beautifully landscaped. The cottage is so beautiful, from every place you can see the sea and the garden. You can even see the sea from the bathroom, wow. Everything is very nicely decorated. Just across the street is a convenience store and a pizzeria. We'll be back. Merci Fabrice 🙏🙏

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful location and setting which perfectly matched our expectations, to celebrate our mother's 90th birthday. The house is very beautiful and pleasant to stay in as a group, close to the Giens peninsula and the Golden Islands. Céline is a very friendly host, efficient and attentive to us.

This is an elegant apartment in a fading but beautiful old hotel building. A beautiful, high ceilinged, classic apartment in a great setting with fantastic views of the ocean and the Giens peninsula. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. A car is a necessity as it a steep, hilly location with a 15 mins drive to the nearest town. Loved our stay.

A real little piece of heaven! The accommodation is impeccable, nicely furnished, with everything you need to feel at home. And what can we say about the view... absolutely magical, we are amazed from morning to night! The location is perfect, feet in the water, and very easy to access. We were very kindly received by Alan and he explained everything to us in English. On the positive side, Alan was flexible and responsive to our schedule with the check-in time. The communication itself was very good. You can reach him at any time via WA message if you need tips for the trip or have other questions. The apartment is beautiful, modern, impeccably clean and offers everything you need in terms of amenities. The view from the balcony is outstanding both day and night. The house itself is very quiet. A bakery is within walking distance in about 10 minutes down in the village center. Private parking is available. The air conditioning works well, but we managed well with evening ventilation and the existing fans. For 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment is absolutely perfect and we were able to relax well and enjoy the beautiful area. Thank you very much!

the location is ideal just above a very beautiful Mediterranean cove - overlooked by traditional cabanons and a nice bistro - access by bus to other beautiful coves and beaches is easy I had a great time, thank you Xavier

Clean accommodation in a quiet residence, close to the sea and the port. The terrace is a big plus.

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday, the location is exceptional, 14 steps to the sea. The apartment is clean and well equipped, suitable for a family with 2 children. Everything is available for the beach, loungers, umbrellas and tables. The area is beautiful with many excursion possibilities. In the off-season, it is very quiet. The sea is fantastically turquoise and calm.

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

Laurent's apartment is nice, large and beautifully decorated. Laurent was accommodating for our arrival and anxious that everything went well. The residence was quiet but few apartments were occupied during our stay. Paths and trails behind the residence allow you to walk or run in the countryside. The sea and beaches are 5/10 min by car, possible on foot (about 40 min) but it's uphill on the way back!! Only downside: the 4G is bad and so we couldn't connect the TV.

It was all great. Great sea view. There was even a coffee machine and the apartment was well equipped. Malin was very flexible when checking in and out.

We absolutely loved this location, having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Mediteranian was superub. We had a friendly dove cooing across the street and we could hear the gentle lap of the sea. It was clean, well appointed and just lovely. It was a fantastic getaway and only 90 min. or so to fantastic sites of Provance. I didn't want to leave. Highly recommended.
