Possibility of using an additional outdoor kitchen with wood-burning oven (to bake pizza/bread) and the laundry room. Independent driveway to the front of the house with free parking. Casa Melograno is a carefully renovated stone cottage. To get to the house there is a narrow uphill road not suitable for low-riding cars, where the first 5 meters are for experienced drivers. The pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. Completing the whole is Tuscan decor with stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The property, which was once a stable, has been renovated in a rustic style, while maintaining the true essence of the shepherds' houses. Our DREAM CABIN is located in the Municipality of Fiumalbo, Frignano Park at 1390 meters above sea level, under the M.Cimone. From here there are bike and walking, summer and winter hiking trails. On site, e-bikes and snowshoes can be rented. It is about 7 km from the ski facilities of Abetone and about 16 km from the facilities of Cimone. It's inside a renovated stone village. Close (200 meters) to the Agriturismo Il Borgo dei Celti.
