Jeanette was a very friendly and proactive host, everything in the annex was just as it should be and the milk, bread, jam, butter were a lovely touch. Thanks Jeanette I will be back.

Jasmin was very accommodating and welcoming. As many others point out, her space is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Extra perk, her rain-shower head shower was a pleasant end to the day! We have no complaints about the space or the accommodations, and were left without any unmet needs. Definitely recommend!

100% recommend this apartment. It’s very spacious. Heaps of natural light. And very well set up for families. We had everything we needed and we felt like we lived in London for a week. 14 min walk to the station. We just loved it. We also had stunning weather and fresh air from the apartment - simply very very comfortable. Great communicative hosts also. Very very easy check in. Our kids love it too.

An excellent location for Kingston and access to the home of Parkrun @ Bushy park. Not been a regularly visitor to London, a wholly different experience to the usual of central London, easy going, home from home.

Sam's place is beyond description! It's very minimalist and aesthetic. I particularly love how much natural light comes through the giant windows in the living room. That 75" smart TV is definitely a bonus too! The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the town center and everything's pretty much within walking distance. Highly recommended and will come back again next time I'm around!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is beautiful and updated. Everything about the place reflects how much Nicholas cares. Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

Excellent place in London! Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and an underground station. Since we are on a road trip around England, the private parking space was a big plus. It was right outside the door. There is a beautiful park down the block as well as a little convenience store. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Great spot for anyone looking to stay in tooting

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

Gorgeous and comfortable house. Very cozy interior and everything is so well prepared, we felt like at home. But the most lovely thing about the house was that we saw lots of wildlife. Through the windows we saw gorgeous horses, many rabbits, deers and a bunch of baby foxes playing in the fields. Very highly recommended. If we ever will visit the area again, we’ll stay in this house!

Great place to stay while working away

Me & my family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay for a long duration of three months at Marc’s place which was our Home away from home ! The Therapia lane Tram stop in close proximity providing a convenient access to Central London , as well as a couple of excellent Grocery stores barely a few minutes walk from the property so also a few good eateries and a great bakery are some of the facilities and advantages that we fondly recall. Marc is a lovely host , very communicative and responds well and in time. He made sure that our comfort levels at his property were never compromised be it the Gas / electricity / plumbing and sanitation or the provision of household linen , utensils / kitchenware and personal care items all so thoughtfully organised. Would recommend this place strongly and we would surely consider re visiting to rekindle happy memories - we spent our Christmas and ushered in New Year 2025 also at this property and hence a special memory.

It's the second time we've stayed there and look forward to coming back again soon! Ideal location for us to visit family in the area for a week. Good size flat, comfy and all the amenities we need. Spilios is a great host. Proactive and always responsive. Great stay

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Had a lovely stay at Luke's place - just a short walk from the station. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

I stayed for 3 nights in late Jan and I couldn’t fault the place in terms of its style, amenities and cleanliness. The location is very close to bus train and tube and so if your choice of location in London is South West, then this is a great choice!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

A lovely well situated flat in a pleasant location. Well equipped with coffee, tea, dishwasher and washing pods. Situated on a main road but felt peaceful and the bedroom at the back is very quiet. Easy access to bus, train and tube for accessing other areas of London. Lovely area near Wandsworth Common for walking and many restaurants in the vicinity. Supermarkets at Tooting Bec within a 10/15 minute walk. Excellent communication with Philippa A lovely place to stay and I can thoroughly recommend

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!
