This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Joaquin was always very responsive and helpful with my questions and met me to help me carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The apartment is very close, around 5-7 minutes walk, to the bus station and about 20 minutes walk to the train station. It's situation is fantastic, very close to the town centre, lots of restaurants around and a supermarket 2 minutes away. It is a very safe area and was quiet enough to have a good nights sleep. I was kindly given a bottle of mineral water on check in and there is everything there to make your stay great....I would definitely stay there again!!

The stay has been magnificent. the views of the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or armchair and seeing the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay to repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and friendly with any questions or requests. Great Family Holiday in Villamartin! "We recently spent 7 wonderful days in this lovely apartment in Villamartin, Spain, with our two kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Right in the heart of Murcia. High street shops on the doorstep. No end of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Mercado de Correos - Gastronomic. A must visit if you are nearby. We had a lovely short stay in Murcia. Maria is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back.

We had a lovely stay in Daniela’s apartment in Murcia. It was well furnished, and cosy. Very clean too and some lovely little touches (the bathroom smelled great!). We found it easily and the location was good - a quiet street but within walking distance to the centre and the malecón and there were some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Although we drove to Murcia, we accessed everywhere on foot during our stay. Also a big Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk away was very convenient.

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. Oleg's kindness made all the difference: he was always attentive and attentive to any request or inquiry, responding quickly and willingly. Unbeatable location, easy access to everything we needed, and the view from the home is simply spectacular. Also, the place was impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we were. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and I would come back without thinking about it.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Great view from the room, lovely clean apartment and the host is very approachable and responsive. I would definitely recommend.
