Located in a Victorian 4- Plex, built in 1911, for young professionals who need to use the trolley (where light rail is today), train ( local station was in Iris Park, 3 blocks) or work at local businesses. In 1996, with 11 days before the scheduled condemnation date, the building was saved, gutted and completely restored.
