Renovated cottage located in a green environment, in the heart of the countryside of the Pays de Caux located halfway between Rouen and Le Havre. This cottage is located in a small quiet village, 30 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the city center. The house has many amenities. Many activities nearby for young and old (Bocasse amusement park, "Lac de Caniel" leisure park, tree climbing, hiking trail, museum, zoo, leisure center in Jumièges...)

The cottage is located on the corner of our house on 3 floors. Within a farmhouse in the countryside (5-hectare property). House having gone through several centuries, work of our ancestors preserved, which we try to preserve as best we can by renovating it. You can sunbathe in the garden, see and feed the animals, walk around the ponds, your children can have fun in the playground. Finally, from the cottage, you are a 20-minute drive to the sea.
