La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

Casa Stella Maris è sul porto di Camogli, in un palazzo tipico di questa zona. L'appartamento è al sesto piano , internamente suddiviso su due livelli, con la zona giorno che si affaccia su un terrazzo molto panoramico ma, ogni finestra, è un quadro sul mare. La casa e' suddivisa in zona notte, con tre stanze, due matrimoniali, ed una con letto a castello, e due bagni con doccia, grande living e cucina separata.
