Apartment holiday rentals in Casale Monferrato

I can really recommend this apartment! It is very centrally located, is very clean, unlocking with the app takes some getting used to but it works. A very comfortable bed and a conscious sofa bed and good darkening for sleeping. The bathroom was great, the kitchen has a fridge, freezer, espresso machine, etc. I would have liked a richer kitchen equipment (I donated the salt and olive oil, I hope the next guests benefit from it!) It is a bit noisy, it is due to the high rooms and the bare walls/no carpets (but it was not bad!) Federico responded very quickly to messages, overall a very positive experience, if I come to Vercelli again I would like to stay here again!

It was a trip organized for a birthday, really very welcome. The accommodation is as you see in the photos, wonderful outdoor space with swimming pool and deck chairs; perfect for relaxing. The house is very spacious and furnished in a very special way, the gem is the cellar downstairs. The house stays cool even without air conditioning. The location is convenient for exploring the surroundings, especially if you want to visit the wineries. Stefano was very thoughtful, friendly and always responsive to any answer. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is walking distance to explore the town very easily. There is a wonderful cheese shop and deli right outside the door. Within 5 minutes there is probably more than 20 restaurants, cafes and bars — you won’t go hungry! We parked our car for free in a lot that was 5 minute walk. We would recommend and stay there again.

Excellent apartment and host.

The estate was a somewhat hidden gem because it was so peaceful and beautiful, easy to find yet closed off from prying eyes. The apartment was cozy and clean, with a beautiful view from the private balcony. The pool was amazing, it offered the perfect refreshment after a day of exploring beautiful Monale/Asti/Turino. Anna was the perfect host. Her breakfast every morning was delicious. She helped us plan our days and gave us helpful insights (what to see, where to eat, which roads to take, best parking in Turino). She was very flexible & accommodating to certain special requests (towels for the pool, drying rack for our laundry). We absolutely loved staying there, as Anna really took care of everything: the estate but also us. We‘d love to go back.

Had an amazing week here! Everything met the expectations and the area was very beautiful. The swimming pool was very nice and the area around the pool was tidy and nice. The host (Helga) was very nice and welcoming. No problems with getting in touch if there is anything. Will really recommend this place.

Nice place for a quiet weekend with friends away from the city. The pool is well maintained and very private. The house is very clean and spacious, there are also towels! Typical Piedmontese experience also in hospitality.

We had such a relaxed and enjoyable stay with Giorgia and Felice; they are incredibly warm and welcoming! The apartment was spotless, modern, and had all the essentials. The views over the surrounding vineyards are stunningly beautiful, and the whole place has an idyllic feel. Very nice and well-equipped apartment, the kitchen equipped with baking equipment and the floor robot added value. The quiet neighborhood full of bars is recommended for anyone who wants to visit Alessandria, as it is in the center and in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the city park and the square. Definitely a great comfortable stay, thanks also to the availability and kindness of Ms. Nunzia.

Beautiful apartment, bright and spacious 🤩with all the comforts for a few days or a few weeks. The kitchen is well-equipped and the presence of two bathrooms is a real asset. All cultural, artistic, and architectural visits to the historic center are within walking distance. Communication with Ricardo and Marco is easy and pleasant.

Small but nice! Great place to stay in the middle of the mountains, sparkling clean, nice and comfortable bed. Very attentive and functional. A double plus: the breakfast ( very tasty) that was brought to the apartment door and on the balcony with wonderful views of the vineyards was more than enjoyed by us. We had a great time. Beautiful and rejuvenating environment, charming and well-equipped accommodation. Elisa is a very nice and proactive host. She gave us all the useful information for a hassle-free arrival and regularly exchanged with us to make sure everything was going well. We recommend and will come back without hesitation.

We stayed only for one night, but Vito made us feel very welcome and at home. The location is great - 5 min walking and you are on the main square. Everything we needed was foreseen. Apart big advantage is a parking space. The apartment is quiet and comfortable!
