House holiday rentals in Casalgrande

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had an amazing time at Miriam’s house. She and her husband are lovely people who put a lot of thought into their interior. There was nothing else we could have wished for, nice pool/ garden area, very well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Scenic place for a large group with a private pool and a pinch of adventure! We had a great week in this house with 11 people including 6 teenagers. We enjoyed the peace and seclusion and watched the lightning storm of the fireflies in the evening. We made three beautiful excursions: city wall cycling in Luca, cave tour in the caves of the wind and a beach day in Viaregio. Everything highly recommended, but of course time-consuming due to the long distances. The house is as described: unloading and inviting is exhausting because of the ascent, the furniture and beds are old, and yes, we also had scorpions who initially caused discomfort. In case of thunderstorms, the power sometimes goes out. And the wifi is also a little unreliable. But still the house has a very reasonable value for money. Giulia took great care of us and in between renewed a few utensils that were broken. I highly recommend!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

The housing setting as well as the housing are incredible! A magnificent view of the Alps and the accommodation a beautiful renovated old farm! The pool is kept at a very good temperature, which is really nice!!Martina's parents, who manage the accommodation and live next door, were really welcoming and spoke French very well! Which was really nice throughout the stay. Only small remark is that in view of the geographical location and the price of the accommodation it would have been nice to have the basic necessities on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag...) plan all this on arrival to live your stay as best as possible! Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Mauro was a kind host who allowed us to check in early according to our needs. The apartment is convenient for getting around on foot but above all it has a private parking space included in the price (around the parking lots are all paid). Maybe a few more tools were missing in the kitchen, but overall everything went very well. Thank you

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Absolute THANK YOU, MARIO...(And your wife to interpret) Grazie.

Lidia and her husband were perfect hosts! It felt right at home, we were warmly welcomed and they even gave us several rides, since we didn't have a car. Really kind and caring!

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Writers within a few minutes' drive, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the rural area. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a star trip in the Emilia Romagna area.

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! Pictures reflect the cottage. Clean, great A/C, great location, quiet, perfect for 4 people. Garden was nice and peaceful. All was as described...even better! Would return!

Beautiful structure, clean and with garden and private parking space in a quiet setting. Staircase with 2 ramps for access to the floor. Great solution for the 2 double beds + 1 single bed. We will be back.

Tiziana and Roberto are wonderful hosts. They were communicative and friendly. Their listing is completely comfortable and well equipped. It is also very close to Bologna but secluded and out of the way of the busy city.

Very welcoming and functional small house. everything is available to have a good stay in the heart of Collecchio. A parking space is available in front of the house (be careful however if your vehicle is a little large, the access is narrow) Air conditioning is welcome when it's hot and works perfectly.
