There is a convenient parking lot 20 meters away and it is close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and the beach, perfect for getting around on foot. With vaulted ceilings and thick arches, it is cool in summer and well heated in winter. It is a family home built in 1917 in the historic center and completely renovated recently to highlight the ancient charm of the structure.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
