Thanks to the favorable location, in 2 minutes on foot we find Via Roma, a pedestrian area, with restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In the area (5-minute walk) pharmacies, supermarket, tobacco shops, delis and banks. In front of the entrance to the building is the headquarters of the Central Post Office. Electric car charging station 10 meters away. The train station and S. Croce Civil Hospital are a 15-minute walk away.

Of the many very good airbnbs we have experienced so far, this is really one of the very best! The property is located on two floors, has several balconies, a garden and is very well appointed. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to live quietly and close to nature. We've made wonderful hikes and bike rides in spectacular landscapes and feel like we've scratched the surface. Last but not least, Stefano and his mother are heartfelt and helpful people who have read every wish from our eyes and were available with numerous tips. Our children loved it as much as we did, and our big one even helped with gardening:-) All in all 100% recommended, thanks for everything!

A really nice and tidy apartment between the train station and the city. Very comfortable mattress, top modern bathroom, chic kitchen. If there were 6 stars, I would give them. And Cuneo is a worthwhile city, historic cafes, arcades, lively squares and downtown with beautiful alleys. Art Nouveau houses on the avenue to the Santuario, hiking trails with alpine panorama. Not yet discovered by crowds of tourists, what a blessing. Thank you, Emanuel, also for the special support because of the train strike!

The Casa Del Koala is a place that welcomed us as if we were at home. We really appreciated the reuse of antique furniture, which modernized the place with a touch of white. The brightness of the house was very welcome and the icing on the cake was the table on the balcony, we took the opportunity to have breakfast there using the coffee pods provided by the house. Finally, the reception of a small book corner just inside made us immediately understand that we would be fine. We will definitely come back if there are other opportunities.
