Small independent house 5 km from Pavia and 20 km from Milan. The house is located in Torre d'Isola in the Ticino Park in the province of Pavia. Quiet place immersed in the Pavese countryside with convenient connections to all cities. In the small town you can find a grocery store, a restaurant, bars and the post office within a couple of kilometers. Connections to Pavia are quick, about 5 minutes by car, near the house there is a bus stop for connections to Pavia.

The studio is suitable for smart working, with an area conceived for it. Please keep in mind that there is no free parking in the neighborhood.

Lovely country villa in Bereguardo, located about 1 km from the center of the village in a green and quiet area, within the Ticino Lombard Park. Guests have access to the entire apartment on the upper floor of the villa, with a separate entrance. Suitable for families and friends, accommodates up to 5 people. Outside: swimming pool, garden and barbecue. 3 Bicycles available free of charge. The owners have 2 dogs in their private garden: Creed and Eja.

The Aloe Vera House

Entire floor fully equipped in a semi-independent courtyard house immersed in the Ticino Park, but very close to the points of greatest interest in the province of Pavia and Milan. Ideal for short or long stays, for young people or families, you can use it for work or vacation. For any need, we live upstairs. In July 2023, redevelopment work was carried out, there is no longer a shared entrance with us, but the house is all for you! Welcome!

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

the Suite, which has No kitchen, was completely custom designed with wood paneling and has a cute little balcony with a table and chairs. The suite offers a King size coil less mattress, a brand new A/C unit, WiFi, Smart TV and a minibar. Again, there is NO KITCHEN, but with the very center of Milan at your finger tips, who needs to cook at Home ;)
