The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

L'alloggio indipendente, ricavato dal fienile, è completo di saletta da pranzo, comodo bagno ed ampia e luminosa camera con letto matrimoniale e letto da una piazza e mezza ideale per una coppia, famiglia o gruppo di amici, sino a 3/4 persone. Nelle colline del Monferrato (20 minuti da Asti) in una casa recentemente ristrutturata, si trova un accogliente trilocale indipendente dove trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno in campagna. A disposizione ampio portico e un giardino; 2 e-bike (a noleggio) e da maggio a settembre ci si può rinfrescare nella Tankkd (con doccia esterna) A pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la caratteristica cittadina di Moncalvo, dove si svolge ogni anno in autunno la tradizionale Fiera del Tartufo.

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
