This spacious villa in Gaggiano, a small town near Milan, is ideal for groups,families and business trips. It features three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a garden with a barbecue, private parking, and other amenities described. On the top floor, a spacious 60-square-meter open space with three more king-size beds (for up to six people) and one sofa. Guests without a car may have difficulty reaching the house by public transportation. We therefore recommend using your own or renting a car.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
