Steve had great communication and the cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

James’ place was so beautiful and relaxing. The beds, blankets and pillows were so comfortable and having a fire to heat the place made everything just perfect. Thanks so much for letting us stay and I’m excited to stay again soon

Would like to tell you about a hidden Gem in Portland. Karinya Guest House owned by Sam and Rhonda. The house is like a home away from home. Both Sam and Rhonda have thought about their guests who ever they maybe. From the welcome card, filtered brought water to everything that you will need during your stay. Absolutely love the style they have in their Guest House (Home). I would highly recommend their lovely little home and definitely will rebook them again. We both really appreciate everything yous both put in place to make our stay one of the most enjoyable and comfortable places to stay. Well done Sam and Rhonda. Can't wait to book yous again. Stayed here for the weekend with partner and loved every minute. The house is conveniently located in the town Centre and wasn’t very loud . The house was very clean and as presented in photos
