For a complete experience, it offers a view that stretches over the mountains of Velebit and Plješevica. It offers a sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, outdoor wood-burning bathtub, outdoor shower, children's playground, parking and wi-fi. The house has 2 bedrooms,a bathroom, and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Stores and restaurants are 10km away.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)
