Very private with dedicated parking for guest. Host is very friendly and polite. Communication via the Air BnB App timely. Easy access to beaches. Best of all, easily accessible to our grandchildren in Avalon Park!

Sylvia was very responsive. The location was great for Disney easy access easy for restaurants fun pool area for toddlers would stay here again.

Our stay in Orlando was wonderful! The house perfectly met our expectations: spacious, well-equipped, excellent location and everything very clean and organized. Communication with the host was also always quick and efficient. The only point that prevented it from being 100% impeccable was a problem with the dishwasher, which even with the technician's visit, could not be resolved during our stay. But other than that, everything was perfect and we would certainly stay here again!

Great location, close to nice restaurantes and stores at walking distance. We stayed over a month and Jason was very responsive and helpful all the time. Thanks Jason for your hospitality!!!

This place is such a great little getaway, the lake out back makes for a beautiful view. They give you a shaded area to park your car, and a cute welcoming once you get inside the home. Alex and Leticia were more than helpful, they responded quickly always. I would definitely recommend and be back here!

I had a wonderful stay at Avantgarde’s home in Orlando. The home was easy to access and conveniently located near great restaurants, bars, and the park. Although the downtown area is lively, the apartment felt like a peaceful and comfortable retreat. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen essentials and comfortable furnishings. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. We absolutely loved this cute flat, could see us living there! Everything was perfect, found everything I needed in the kitchen. Each room had such a cute story and the porch was the best to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The information provided in the book was helpful not to mention the My Girl house next door! The ascetic of the house was also most enjoyable, felt like home! We will definitely be back soon! Thanks for the most relaxing and comfortable weekend!

Amazing place and the host was incredibly helpful, down to surprise details on the kitchen counter and in the fridge. I'd highly recommend this spot, and the outdoor patio is truly something special.

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!
