Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

APPARTAMENTO CASTELLO is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house, 6 km from the sea, on the famous Wine Road between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. The beautiful garden is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The location is ideal for a holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, scenic cypress-lined cycling routes, tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Everything is close by, even though you're surrounded by countryside!

Located at the beginning of the pedestrian centre of Castagneto Carducci, this open-space garden apartment has amazing view toward valley and sea coast. The property is highly standard furnished and has an independent terrace for dining. Through small stairs it reaches a big stone-wall surrounded garden with brick BBQ, which is in common with another apartment of the same owner. They can be rented separately or together. Free public parking at 2' min walking from the house.

Il Corbezzolo

The Corbezzolo has been built from an ancient rural building completely renovated, the building consists of a living area furnished with antique furniture, a fireplace, a kitchenette in masonry. The air-conditioned double bedroom has a serene and restful living room. The bathroom has a shower. There is a large garden both for moments of relaxation and various activities, and for the parking of cars. In front of the Corbezzolo is Il Frassino, always belonging to the farm.

The strategic position allows to make excursions, thermal paths, archaeological, food and wine and are within just an hour by car, the most important art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence). Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
