It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The valley station of the Kronplatz is a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is very close. The accommodation is suitable for sporty couples, families with children as well as for business travelers and solo travelers.
