Le lieu est très joli (vu magnifique), très calme. La maison est très grande et très agréable à vivre. Il a y a 2 autres logements à proximité mais nous avions notre intimité. Philippe est aimable, il vit dans le logement a côté et est très discret. L espace piscine jacuzzi sauna est charmant et plaisant pour petits et grands.

Hote accueillant avec petite attention à l'arrivée, à l'écoute du client, joli coin piscine et bien décoré, discrétion assurée, endroit tranquille et calme

Perfect location for a family get together, loads of space for children to run around and enjoy themselves. We loved having BBQ's and playing boules after the sun went down. The towns of Albi and Rabastins are very close and well worth a visit

Un appartement vraiment très bien placé pour visiter Toulouse dans une résidence bien sécurisée et récente ! Les instructions pour départs et arrivées autonomes sont très claires, l’appartement est vraiment chouette et très fonctionnel, et vraiment très propre ! L’emplacement en sous sol pour la voiture est vraiment un plus !

Annonce conforme, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était parfait et Jérémie très disponible et sympathique. Je recommande cette location.

Notre séjour chez Éric s'est très bien passé. Le logement est fidèle à la description et aux photos. La décoration est très réussie. L'endroit est calme. La terrasse offre un charme complémentaire à cette jolie maison. Très spacieuse, décorée joliment par des plantes et des lumières. Nous ne regrettons pas notre passage chez Éric et si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons ici.

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The location is great quiet but an easy walk to the centre. The little food shop opposite and the airport shuttle bus at the end of the street are very convenient. Romain was an excellent host and answered all queries promptly.

logement spacieux au calme. Les 5 chambres sont grandes, nombreux rangements dans le logement. le séjour est grand et les 2 WC (1 à chaque niveau) et les 2 salles de bain sont pratiques. Jean et Marie Claude nous on permis de partir plus tard que l'heure habituelle, encore merci Noi gardons l'adresse si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans le secteur

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour bel appartement très confortable et bien situé au calme et proche des transports. Christophe est un hote exceptionnel nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, la résidence est calme et sécurisée. La proximité du canal est un plus pour un petit tour ! Merci pour l'accueil réalisé par Olivier, ainsi que pour toutes ces recommandations aux alentours !

Christine and her Husband Christophe welcomed us will open arms and treated us like family throughout our stay. It’s no wonder there are Super Hosts. I strongly recommend and support them and their apartment.

We had a lovely stay with our family of 6. We all had our own comfortable space. The house was clean and inviting. We cooked several meals in the kitchen with ease. There were 2 markets nearby. We enjoyed sitting outside on the peaceful deck. We found the location to be walkable (10 min) to the metro lines but also enjoyed walks into Capitol. Thank you for making our stay in Toulouse comfortable and easy.

Stayed for over a month in José's Villa - very comfortable stay. José went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Very spacious house, large garden - well positioned and quiet area. And lovely pool! Beautiful views of the Pyrénées from the garden. We liked it so much we have already booked to come back - highly recommended.

Katia Et Hugo are excellent hosts, you can arrange almost anything you want with them, and the place was really beyond our expectations. We really had a great time there and we will definitely come back :)

We have just had 8 nights at Anais and Julien’s accommodation and we had an amazing time. The accommodation was everything we needed plus it was peaceful and the pool was absolutely amazing. Julien and Anais were very responsive and helpful when we needed advice. We would love to come back. Thank you Anais and Julien!

Hôtes très agréables et disponibles. Rien de négatif, que du positif. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et vous laissez aller. Le calme et la verdure à 15 min de Toulouse. On reviendra !

Nous avons séjourné le temps d’un week-end en famille à 4. Julia nous a tout bien indiqué, le logement était très propre et il y avait 3 lits enfants en plus d’un lit adulte.. Même si on est arrivé un peu tard son accueil était disponible et chaleureux. Merci beaucoup. Nous recommanderons votre logement !

Had a wonderful stay during a visit to a conference nearby at the MEETT. Andre and Celine were super helpful and very accommodating. Wish I had some down time to enjoy the property and the pool but maybe next time.

Séjour très agréable, apaisant, au calme parmi les collines ondoyantes à perte de vue. Logement spacieux et lumineux, aménagé avec goût, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Contact chaleureux avec Liz attentionnée et discrète. Quel bonheur de s'allonger sur un transat, un peu avant l'aube pour admirer le ciel étoilé, écouter au loin le piaillement des oiseaux, puis prendre son p'tit déj' en terrasse sous les premiers rayons de soleil, bercé par une douce brise. Je vous recommande vivement cette belle prestation.
