It is a modern, spacious, very bright and comfortable house. Located in a residential area (Urbanización Fontpineda) at the top of a small hill 10' from the village of Pallejá which is 20 km from Barcelona. It is preferable to have a private car. Pallejá has public train and bus transport service to Bcn where it is very easy to find free parking near the train station. There is a bus that communicates with Pallejà approximately every hour. And 4 rides on the weekend.

Vila Sitges, big house with pool

Vila Sitges is a spectacular villa with 10 rooms. It has a main house with 9 rooms and a small independent flat with one bedroom. The maximum capacity is 22 people. It is located in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Sitges: Quint Mar. The beaches of Sitges and the town center are a 5 minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. Enjoy the sun, the beach, the private pool of the house, and the vibrant and multicultural atmosphere of Sitges, which is always festive.

Beautiful 15th century villa on 30 acre estate

Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park.
