Beautiful accommodation with a small balcony and nice view in a secure residence. Very responsive host. The minor disadvantages are: - The Neighborhood - The lack of storage available to tenants.

Very well located accommodation, very functional for 4 people. The exterior is a true haven of peace; flowers and plants are just sublime. The hot tub is a real plus. Only one downside: the weekend is too short!!! Thanks to Eric for this accommodation.

Excellent welcome from the owners, with information on the sites of Sète and especially the itinerary to walk to the city center. The rental is spacious, clean, as described and is located in a very green and peaceful area of Mont Saint Clair that overlooks the sea. We would recommend it without a problem.

I stayed here for about 3.5 months and I had the best stay! Compared to other apartments in France this was the best one ! It was so clean , close to the tram, spacious and overall nice. It took about 35 minutes to university , 10 minutes ( walk+tram) to comedy. It has a gate outside and double locks which felt safe. The area was quiet and close by grocery store, Auchan (10 min walk) and super U (18 min walk). Would definitely recommend ! And Mathias has been the best and most helpful host throughout the whole stay!

Excellent stay! There's really everything, the location is perfect. Access to the beach on foot, and safe with children. In the apartment, there is everything you need for both children and adults. I will come back without hesitation. Thank you for these vacation days!

The apartment is very spacious and well maintained, a large living room with open plan kitchen, two showers and a bathroom. The area is very quiet and well supplied with both supermarkets and bars.

Friendly host. The apartment is great. Quiet neighborhood apart from the park opposite where people are noisy, especially in summer with the window open. Private parking space. I recommend it.

stay for a very pleasant weekend, the apartment is functional and sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children the apartment is ideally located to go to Montpellier, or on the side of the great motte, Camargue (10min) very convenient walking access to the beach, very nice beach lots of shells, fine sand, very nice for children
