La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Piccolo appartamento ma confortevole e centrale a tutti i servizi, edificio antico e caratteristico. A pochi metri coop, ristoranti e bar. Tutti gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, ampio parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Non c’è l’ ascensore ma una scala per accedervi, al primo piano.
