Chiara was a wonderful host and communicated beautifully. Her home was filled with the beautiful tradition of her family heritage with special touches throughout; she and her husband kindly greeted us at the home and toured the property with us. They answered all of our questions, gifted us with a beautiful Easter cake and delicious blood oranges. We enjoyed quiet days, walking to and from town, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, gelato, coffees and breads. Our hosts shared the grocery store locals used and we shopped there daily to create delicious meals of our own, enjoying them at their spacious dining table. We gathered around the table for games and meals and cozied up in their living room to chat, read, and plan daily excursions. We loved our trip to the local waterfall even in the rain and a bit of snow; it was magical. We loved our tour of the small local lake at the top of the mountain and enjoyed drinks and fries at the local bar there. We even drove into Firenze for a day💗🇮🇹☺️

We booked several days of summer sightseeing. I highly recommend it to everyone, the neighborhood is nice, it has a rustic atmosphere, nice and calm house and garden. The surrounding cities are easily accessible from here. The host couple is very nice and responsive, hospitable, thank you for the delicious coffee!

The suburbs of Bologna allow easy access to the city and the main towns in the area when you have a vehicle! The accommodation is great, very clean and very spacious! Laura is extremely helpful and kind.

We stayed at Simone's place with 3 adults, a baby and a little dog for 3 days. Many reasons why we enjoyed it and why we recommend everyone to stay here: interior spaces of the accommodation, size and care of the fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests (the presence of the fence, among other things, is essential for those who, like us, bring their dog), full nature of the surroundings, extreme kindness and availability of Simone as host and last but not least, it was the most well-stocked accommodation we have ever stayed in in Italy and abroad. In short, we highly recommend it to those who want to unplug from the daily city rhythms and we will certainly do it again!

Property was as described and excellent. Large, clean, modern and fully-equipped. Very peaceful and rural location. Host very communicative. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for our needs, having booked the entire villa for a business retreat with 10 people. Everyone had their own space in the private rooms and shared spaces - the living room, dining room, and kitchen - were more than spacious, perfect for spending these days together as a group! Victoria was always very helpful and kind. We hope to come back again!

I visited Italy for the first time on a family trip. It left a very good memory for my family. Although the accommodation was a little remote, The host was very friendly. I really appreciated the active communication and quick response. They immediately gave us feedback on what we needed. The most important thing for me in a listing is cleanliness, and I really want to give this listing 100 points in that regard. The bathroom and bedroom were very tidy and clean. Laura was really very kind both before the stay, providing us with clear and detailed directions, and during the stay where she was very helpful in meeting our every need, and at the end of the stay. We were super satisfied with both the location, which is spectacular and really offers all the services described, the view is breathtaking and the location is enchanting, and the house. The house is very spacious, there is a kitchen complete with appliances (including a dishwasher that was very useful) dishes and everything you need to cook, each room has a bathroom inside and being so many of us, we particularly appreciated the availability of the shower in each of them. The garden that surrounds the house is really well maintained and the pool area is for exclusive use and equipped with an outdoor shower and a relaxation area with sun loungers for everyone. Laura also provided us with the sheets. Private parking is also available at the entrance to the house. Recommended!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. We spent 3 days for a bachelorette party. The villa is really crazy, even more beautiful than in the photo. Each floor is independent, with its kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The house is crazy in every detail, from the decor to the amenities included. The pergola, the pool and the view are spectacular and we really enjoyed them. We also organized a party with the deejay in the pergola, wonderful! The owner was really top: very helpful in all our requests and was also very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended place!!!

Lovely, authentic house. The view of the Apennines is breathtaking, also from the nice swimming pool. The house consists of 3 floors and you live on the middle one. That's why everyone had privacy, and an en-suite bathroom. It was wonderful to spend time on the two loggias. Because you're high, there's often a lovely breeze. What was also nice is that there is no silent "art" on the wall, but beautiful authentic things that fit the house. Everything is really nice. We have enjoyed and never wanted to leave:)

Accommodation used to break a long trip. Comfortable to get to from the highway is in the middle of lush greenery. Everything is very clean, beyond my previous experience. The spaces are spacious and rooms and bathrooms are the result of a recent renovation. The pool available to guests is really inviting. Having to redo the same route, I would choose this accommodation again.

Absolutely fantastic host, very friendly and professional. Baricella was stunning, very peaceful and most importantly we felt extremely safe. I cannot recommend Ylena and her beautiful home highly enough. Her home felt like a home away from home, beautifully decorated, with all creature comforts that one would expect from a five star Airbnb stay. I will be back again for sure. Thx Ylena.

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.

We had a great time with Giovanni who immediately made us feel at home. The farmhouse is well-kept in every detail with a wonderful view of the Bolognese hills. Thank you for these relaxing days! We'll be back.

We spent a summer-week in Aspero's house with four – more or less grown up – children and the wife of the oldest of them. It was absolutely great! The house has a lot of character and is beautifully situated and designed, the pool is cool in the heat of the day, and there is lots of space for everybody. You do have to be cool with driving on narrow roads to get there, but it's certainly worth it.
