Het Vogelhuis

A very special place in the city. A rural street that has existed for centuries. Cobblestones on the road, nature around the corner. The historic center of Alkmaar is a 10-minute walk away. The guesthouse (about 40m2) is in the back house with a private entrance. It consists of a spacious living room/bedroom with double bed, a small kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Through the French doors you can reach the private terrace. WiFi and television are provided. Private parking. Renting a bicycle is possible.

Detached summer house in dune area on beach/sea

Our comfortable summer house is called "Aremer Duin" and is located directly on the nature reserve the Kennemer Duinen. The beautiful, quiet beach of Egmond-Binnen is within walking distance (2 km) via the dunes. The summer house is completely independent, has a free entrance and fantastic views of the bulb fields and the Abbey. It is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. A good base for beautiful cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem and the Wadden Islands (including Texel).

Cosy Casa close to the beach

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two people. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. A small terrace is located in front of the studio.

Our guest house in the center of Limmen was completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc.) 3 min. walk. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 min), but also Alkmaar (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) are easily accessible. Parking is available on the street and is free. You can use the bicycles for free. You will have a private piece of garden at your disposal.

Duin Haven, Holiday house in beach area

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Welcome to our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" in Egmond aan Zee. We are Hinke and Peter. We have renovated our vacation home and furnished it in a modern way. It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.

Cute guesthouse in a quiet place in Alkmaar. A true paradise, where you can unwind completely. Close to many tourist highlights (including cheese market, cruise, historic city and beer museum). The culinary and shopping events are also at a high level. You can reach the cultural heritage of Schermer, Beemster or Bergen/Schoorl in 5 minutes. As if that weren't all, many people come to the ideal location in relation to the beach, forest and dunes.

This beautiful accommodation is ideal for families with up to 4 adults and/or children. It offers a warm playful atmosphere with a lovely pellet stove in the living room and a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped. The space has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. The private garden is a highlight, with 2 comfortable sun loungers and a lounge sofa.
