Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. The cabin is nestled among the trees in a quiet location along a single track lane. It has been lovingly designed as a unique space to unwind and enjoy the local area. Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

This beautifully presented and fully refurbished holiday cottage was originally built in 1892 and is situated on the edge of a quiet wooded area above Underhill park. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Sea Mist Lodge is a newly renovated 2 bedroom property in Limeslade. The lodge/chalet has an open plan living area with comfortable seating,40 inch wall mounted TV , WiFi, a table for dining at. There is also a fully fitted kitchen housing a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and the usual kitchen essentials . There is a modern clean shower room with a double shower tray,wash basin and toilet . Both bedrooms are clean and tidy with wardrobes, bedding and pillows provided.

It is within a short walking distance of the spectacular Caswell and Langland beaches and the charming coastal village of Mumbles with its quaint shops, bars, cafes and galleries. There is a local butchers and news agents nearby and a pub a short walk away. At Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts there are tennis courts and a brasserie.
