Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

The ground floors apartment benefits from a private patio area, just a few short steps from the beach. Only a short car journey from the village of Mumbles which is home to many stylish shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Further afield, you will find the Gower Peninsular which offers more fabulous beaches and countryside.

The Gower Hotel is just a stones throw away and the cottage is within walking distance of the delightful South Gower village of Bishopston. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

We swapped our lovely Narrowboat on the Grand Union for a cosy, pet friendly chalet for two with a distinct Narrowboat feel. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

Caswell Beach House

A beautiful cosy home situated in Caswell with a pretty enclosed private garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars and a bus stop nearby. It is within a short walking distance of the spectacular Caswell and Langland beaches and the charming coastal village of Mumbles with its quaint shops, bars, cafes and galleries. There is a local butchers and news agents nearby and a pub a short walk away. At Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts there are tennis courts and a brasserie.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
