Outside, its large terrace overlooking the pool, and the back garden will offer you different places to relax. A swimming pool (12 m x 5 m) and a hot tub will be private. Exceptional house in a 6000 m2 garden in absolute calm. Guests can take advantage of the entire garden, direct access to the Seine. Garden furniture, barbecue will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Ideal place to recharge your batteries in a very beautiful countryside. Come jog, cycle, walk along the Seine, in the heart of the Boucles de Seine Regional Park. In the house everything is new, very good bedding, fitted kitchen and a very pleasant living room.

The Moulin Sheepfold

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)

Located in the Seine Valley, our detached house offers a very nice view of the Seine (close to the abbeys of Jumièges, Saint-Martin-de-Boscherville, Saint-Wandrille). The picturesque village of La Bouille is 1 km away, Rouen is 20 km away and less than 1 hour's drive away you will find the Normandy coast (Honfleur, Cabourg, Deauville, Etretat, Fécamp)
