It is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac 250m from the terms and 500m from the gondola with free parking in the cul-de-sac or nearby. No traffic in front of the residence, you can park in front to unload your luggage. This functional and very comfortable studio, equipped with a real comfy sofa that unfolds into a bed with one hand without removing the pillows.
