Studio in secure residence + parking. The "Pavois" is across the street from the beach. Very quiet, with swimming pool (June to September) a 5-minute walk to the port and city center, shops, supermarkets etc. The apartment will be rented July/August and September. All accessories, sofa, plates, cooking utensils, TV, towels are new at the beginning of July. We are Superhosts in another apartment in the same building. Our strengths, immediate responses and available at any time.
