Violino azul, your home in the center of Cremona

Spend a few relaxing days in Cremona without sacrificing independence and comfort. Music-inspired details, cozy spaces, well-kept rooms and a subtle blue theme will accompany you during your stay. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point to visit the entire city. Violino azul is not visible from the main street because it is inside a period setting, typical of Cremona. The house is independent and on two levels. The lower floor is accessed from an independent entrance inside a small courtyard. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a fireplace and a smart TV (Netflix subscription included). The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is new and equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine, much appreciated if you stay longer. Going up a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom and a small terrace. In the double bedroom, a crib can be added on request, included in the price. Guests have access to the entire house. I live and work near the house. I'll always be available for whatever you need during your stay. I'll personally hand you the keys.

Quiet two-room apartment in the historic center, just a short walk from the Duomo. Located in an elegant condominium. Equipped with the necessary comforts for even long stays (wifi, TV, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). Access via a short internal staircase with a large under-stair space ideal for storing bikes, suitcases, etc. Paid parking is available below the house and free parking is available within a 5-minute walk. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

My apartment is located in the central area of Cremona 11 minutes from the Duomo. It is of very recent renovation and is bright and very comfortable. Very close to the luthier shops and the main restaurants, cafes and shops in the centre. Ideal for couples, workers, young people and families . N.B.: There is a tourist tax to be paid on site of €2 per day for the first three days of your stay.
