Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cave Springs

This place was simply wonderful! Beautiful decor, modern updates and special touches to make it feel like home. The perfect amount of space to travel with our four children! They’ve also thought of and included everything you need when traveling with kids! We would love to visit again!

We had a great stay! I have to search for something to share as feedback, new fluffy towels would enhance the experience of vacation. We had a wonderful stay!

Anna was friendly and responsive from the get-go. We were in town a couple of days and had a very comfortable stay. She did warn us about traffic due to construction in the area, but even with the construction we were able to find our way easily. Very cute little place!

The house was adorable! Very clean! We only stayed one night but very comfortable here for six of us. Nicole was very good about responding to my messages very quickly! Check in and check out were a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

Our experience at The Cozy Oz was incredible. The house is exactly as pictured online (maybe a little nicer in person). Zach and Kim have thought of every detail. One thing that stood out to me was the digital guest book/guide that you receive as soon as you book their property. It has a ton of helpful information including restaurant and activity recommendations. Though we didn't utilize the kitchen for preparing meals very much, it has a good supply of all dishes, pans, appliances etc. There were even basic spices for cooking, baggies for packing lunches or leftovers, skewers for making smores and much more. Zach came right over to the house when we had issues with getting the hot tub to turn on, but it was a quick fix. While visiting with Zach about our travel plans while on vacation, he let us borrow a water tube for our boat day on the lake so very kind of them to do! You should 100% book this home - you won't be disappointed!

Amazing stay! We will definitely be staying here again. The house was extremely clean and cozy. The neighborhood was great, we felt very safe. I forgot hair ties and happened to look under the sink to find a box of items labeled “in case you forgot anything.” I was very thankful! Beds were extremely comfortable. Hot tub was amazing! Host was kind and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

This home in the woods was a great getaway for our 40th anniversary! The 20 foot wall of windows gave a great view of the trees and the bike path that runs just behind the property. The nice furnishings and well decorated house made for a great place to relax. The large deck had a wonderful hot tub and Adirondack chairs around the gas fire pit. Alisha was a great host and communicated with us throughout the entire rental process. Would definitely recommend this home for any one wanting to visit the Bella Vista area!

We loved staying here for a weekend getaway with my sister and her family. The house was clean and perfect for families with children!

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

I had a great experience staying here - it's a really great location and the place was exactly as pictured. Very peaceful and quiet. It's very close to the square in Bentonville and trails for running / biking.

Fantastic spot to stay when visiting U Ark! Very clean, and safe, location. Easily walkable to campus, sports, anything on Dickenson St, old Fayetteville town square. Street noise some nights (you’ll be on Dickenson!) and an occasional train. Loved it.

This is such a great spot. Couldn’t be more centrally located on Dickson St. Had all the amenities you need while staying away from home. I would happily book again!!

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

I had a great stay in Fayetteville! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive—answered questions quickly and made everything easy. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.

Got in late and AC wasn't working. Host and AirBnB were responsive, recommended placing us in another listing since repair would be next day at earliest. Stuff happens, they were responsive, so other than slight inconvenience to relocate before unpacking, really was no trouble. Appreciate the responsiveness.
