Appartamento con vista mare mozzafiato fino a Portofino, in riservato e signorile contesto condominiale, allocato all'interno di un grande parco con palme ed ulivi. Si trova a 100 metri dalle spiagge e dal borgo di Cavi. Molto curato nell'arredamento, presenta mobili di pregio ed una nuova cucina dotata di tutte le necessità. Il soggiorno, che affaccia sul mare, è dotato di un nuovissimo divano letto a due piazze (matrimoniale). La camera, molto fresca, affaccia sull' uliveto ed ha due letti.
