Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

Scenic location, it offered perfect blend of comfort, style and nestled in a peaceful location. The cabin itself was beautifully maintained, with cozy interior. Overall, a relaxing escape from metro manila. The host was equally amazing! Responsive and committed to make sure out stay was perfect. Every detail, from check in to check out was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with luxury, privacy and charm, this is it. Highly, highly recommended!

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

My family visited Tagaytay for family bonding and The Greenhouse didn’t disappoint. We were all comfortable and it’s close to nice restaurants. We have a good view of the Lake. Ate Ofelia is always there for your needs.

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

The unit is in pristine condition, spotlessy clean Fresh linen , plus the lap pool was enjoyable to use with their complimentary swimming voucher definitely will be back again!

The place is great! The owner is very proactive in checking us from time to time. Not sure if there’s really no phone signal in the unit since we’re too high..but that’s okay since they have fast wifi. They also have board games to play with.

My entire stay was awesome. The unit is elegantly designed. Everything is well maintained, clean, and feels brand new. The wifi is fast and reliable too. The building is relatively new as well, with hotel-like lobby, pool, and amenities. I can say that this listing is well worth it.

host was very accommodating and responds to all queries. she even agreed that we check in at 1 am! place was clean and has a zen vibe. there's a water heater which is a plus:-) we stayed for only 8 hours but we were able to rest properly. no hassle with check in and out. Great host! salamat po:-)

I had a wonderful stay at Maricris' unit. The room was very convenient, and having a washing machine was definitely a plus. The lanai was a great addition as well. The communication and prompt responses from the host were much appreciated, and the staff at Verdin were incredibly friendly. The food fair nearby was an added bonus, offering many dishes I’ve missed, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I loved everything about it.

The place looked the same as pictures, it was so clean and so bright during day time which is pleasing to the eyes. The view of Taal was majestic! There are nearby places and restaurants to explore. It also has free parking which is ++ for me! Thank you so much! Will definitely book again! 😊💕

We had a great and relaxing stay at Charie’s place—highly recommended! She was very responsive to all our queries. Charie patiently answered our questions and made sure we had the correct instructions, especially when we accidentally entered the wrong passcode. Although, we had trouble finding groceries or outdoor restos of our preference, the space was our best accomodation yet, and ate Melai was really helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the pay!

Exact images and as described. Room is furnished like a home so its comfortable. The view is the best part. Aside from that only thing I wished was different was access to the front of the building as you have to exit behind the location. So having a car would be probably a great convenience to know next time. Aside from that, the room and the area is beautiful.

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!
