Two‑room sea‑view apartment with a large terrace suitable for lunch and dinner. Behind the apartment the woods begin with trails for trekking and mountain biking. Five minutes’ walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. Very quiet location, with about ten private parking spaces (partly asphalt, partly gravel). Bed linen, pillowcases, towels, dish towels, etc. are not provided. The apartment is not new and shows the signs of its age, exactly as in the photos.

The old farmhouse is surrounded by our land where we cultivate the vegetable garden and garden, where children play and where 2 dogs and several cats roam. Outside there is a common kitchen open to all and various relaxation areas. The apartment is on the upper floor of the farmhouse. The reconstruction of the entire farm has become our passion and so you will find an environment full of artisan expression.

The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
