In December of 2021, we visited our favorite of the Plus Beaux Villages and loved our Airbnb rental so much we bought it! We are now beginning our second year of hosting and very fortunate to have a wonderful property manager who shares our vision for an ideal holiday rental. Location, comfort and amenities. Snuggle by a cozy fire in the winter. Enjoy lovely views while dining al fresco on the terraces in the summer. Take your apero in the jacuzzi or join the community for petanque in the park.

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

Venez passer un séjour dans notre magnifique gîte "La Truffière" avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et notre truffière! Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

La maison est située dans un endroit calme et boisé, à 3 minutes par voiture du centre du village, datant du XIIIe siècle et classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Il est possible de réserver un petit déjeuner ou dîner auprès de la maîtresse de maison (chef cuisinier professionnel).

La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Magnifique décoration comprenant vitraux et mobilier de qualité. Belle cuisine avec grande cuisinière et frigo américain. Piscine chauffée et domaine de 35 HA pour ballades.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
