This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. Welcome to my new 50 m2 house, just minutes from Bordeaux! Located on a wooded lot, in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing stay. The 24 m2 terrace is equipped with an awning, where you can enjoy a lovely view of the garden. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Access Bordeaux in 20 minutes by car, bus (line 501), or bike (bike path 1 km away). Rocade 5 mins, Arkéa Arena (concert hall) 10 mins, Aérocampus 5 mins.

Arcachon Bay and Dune du Pyla are 45 minutes away.
