Kitchen with most everything you need including a range oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, pots/pans, etc. 2025 remodel with new flooring, paint and lighting but keeping 1942 charm. Backyard has a park-like space. On-street parking on our quiet street.

The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.
