Historic ranch conveniently located between the Snowy Range and Laramie. Fully renovated two bedroom, two bathroom home with wood stoves, electric heat, a historic corral and quick drive to the mountains. Convenient whether you're hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, horseback riding, snow shoeing, boating, skiing (downhill or cross country!), visiting UW or relaxing with the whole family. Two bedrooms each containing a queen bed with upgraded linens and a closet, one full bath (but no tub) and one half bath, washer, dryer and large yard with outdoor dining area. Kitchen with most everything you need including a range oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, pots/pans, etc. 2025 remodel with new flooring, paint and lighting but keeping 1942 charm. Backyard has a park-like space. On-street parking on our quiet street.

The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.
