Apartment holiday rentals in Central Athens Regional Unit

Dimitri was incredible from recommendations to responsiveness. He helped us set up a taxi from the airport and the same driver was able to bring us back at the end of our stay! The location of the apartment is amazing, from the view on the balcony to the surrounding area with so many places to go and easy access to everything. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Athens!

Radka and Christos were excellent hosts and went out of the way to greet me even though o was very late arriving. The Apartment is very authentic Athens town house. Beautifully looked After and presented. A real home from home.

Het appartement was heel fijn, veel privacy en een balkon met schitterend uitzicht. Echt ons rustmoment na een lange wandeldag, want bijna alle bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand. Tolis was zeer behulpzaam en gaf zeer goede tips voor restaurants en andere locaties om naartoe te gaan. Helemaal top! Tip, neem vanaf vliegveld de trein. Zelfde prijs, zelfde kaartje als de metro. Geen overstap en sneller.

We booked this apartment for a short lay-over between travels & it was the perfect fit for our needs. Chris provided great instructions for finding the apartment that made getting there very easy. The apartment is tiny, but had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The bed is a bit firmer than we typically prefer, but was comfortable for the time we were there. There is a TINY elevator that takes you most of the way up, but you do have to climb several stairs to get to the final level where the apartment is. Despite having to haul our bags up 2 flights of stairs, the view alone is worth the effort. We would probably book this apartment again.

very clean & comfortable. very accommodating when we needed anything. Great location for walking to the Plaka area & Parthenon. Especially appreciated that they informed us ahead of a transportation shutdown the day of departure & provided another van to pick us up. great hosts. highly recommend. we greatly enjoyed Athens

Le logement était parfait. La communication était très bonne et l’accueil aussi. Nous avons eu de belles suggestions de resto et autres. Le parc en face était très beau. Le métro était proche et allez en ville était facile ! Merci ! Je recommande !!!

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

We really loved the apartment! It was walkable to anything you would want to do or see. The best part is the view from the balcony.

El alojamiento de Dionisis fue, a todas luces, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La calidez y empatía del anfitrión hicieron del alojamiento un lugar cálido para nuestra estadía. El departamento es enorme y cómodo para un viaje con amigos, con un exquisito sentido de la estética. Dionisis estuvo estuvo en cada uno de los detalles, incluso se ofreció a recibirnos el equipaje y adelantar el check-in porque uno de nosotros estaba descompuesto. El alojamiento está plagado de libros, obras de arte, la cocina está súper equipada, ¡nos dejó hasta jabón para el lavarropas y crema humectante para el cuerpo en el baño! Si venís a Atenas, este es el alojamiento perfecto.

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. Thanks again, Maria and Antony!

Excellent location close de Gazi intense nightlife and on airport metro line -also in walkable distance to historical center. Christos is a perfect host. The rooftop itself is indeed a tiny studio but very well equipped for multi-day stays. Private terrace is huge with fantastic views on Acropolis and entire City. Can be a bit noisy at night but ok when windows closed. Recommended for couples - any age - eager to discover modern - urban Athens.

Great host and location was next to the metro which gave really easy access to the centre and etc. would visit again.

Spacious apartment including kitchen and washing machine, a short walk from Thissio station, many good restaurants and walking distance to the Acropolis. Down the dodgy end of town but the apartment itself felt very safe. Only problem was a squeaky bed, which can probably be fixed.

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

מאוד נהנינו משהותנו. הדירה מעוצבת באופן יוצא מן הכלל. אותנטית ונעימה, יש בה את כל מה שצריך לשהות ארוכה באתונה. ממוקמת באזור מצוין עם נוף מדהים לאקרופוליס מהגג. היינו שמחים לשהות בה יותר ימים, בטוח שנרצה לחזור בעתיד.

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
