Bienvenue à l'hôtel de la Louvre ! Construit en 1659, l'immeuble dans lequel se trouve l'appartement est l'un des plus anciens de Rennes encore sur pied. L'escalier monumental et la façade sont classés aux monuments historiques. Il donne immédiatement sur la place des Lices et permet de profiter du marché le samedi matin, des bars et des restaurants qui l'environnent. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds de la place et du métro Sainte Anne, et à 10 minutes du parlement.

J'ai rénové ce duplex pour y vivre et qu'il soit agréable pour les personnes qui y séjournent. Il est en centre ville, près de la gare, dans une rue semi piétonne, à proximité du Liberté, pas loin du Centre de Congrès... L'immeuble date du 18ième, sans d'ascenseur pour monter au 3ième étage. Il fait 72m2, avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un seul WC, et une petite terrasse. Les fenêtres de la chambre sur la rue ont un très bon double vitrage, donc pas trop de bruit.
